  • Ability to process several pieces of information quickly and simultaneously
  • Experienced in sales or appointment-setting
  • Experienced with computing, spreadsheets, software, maps, search, and typing
  • High level of English proficiency, written, spoken, and comprehension
  • Expressive: you consider yourself to be less organized than others
  • Non-analytical: you don’t have to make sure everything is perfect and researched before you make a move

Other requisites

  • You must possess a good quality computer, with a 2nd monitor to manage multiple tasks while on the phone with potential clients
  • You must have a high-quality internet service provider to work successfully with our online call software; dropped calls and interference hinder the success of an agent greatly
  • Flexiblity with scheduling.  Our business is open from 7 AM to 7PM M-F with shortned hours on the weekends, we also work a rotating schedule where some fill weekend spots one or two weeks then switch and have a weekend off.
  • Minimal interruptions with internet and power service. Or you have resolved them by looking for other solutions (generator, multiple internet providers etc.)
